Michael is the Director of LCS and brings over 18 years’ experience working on infrastructure projects. As a Civil Engineer, Michael spent the early years of his career working in pre-contracts engineering, site engineering, project engineering, and design management roles for tier 1 and tier 2 contractors. He then transitioned into Bid
Michael is the Director of LCS and brings over 18 years’ experience working on infrastructure projects. As a Civil Engineer, Michael spent the early years of his career working in pre-contracts engineering, site engineering, project engineering, and design management roles for tier 1 and tier 2 contractors. He then transitioned into Bid Management. Since then, Michael has moved into Commercial Management, working with multiple clients across pre-contracts and delivery for large tenders and projects.
Michael’s passion lies in assisting clients to achieve time and cost objectives on complex infrastructure projects, with an eye for detail and an ability to convert. Michael has and continues to build a team of industry experts who form LCS, a business that clients can trust to provide people who are hands on but also strategic, and who will help to secure sustainable work and deliver projects that are profitable.
