LOC Construction Services (LCS) is a small family-owned business specialising in Commercial and Estimating services. We cater to both Government and private sector clients, providing expert assistance in tendering and delivering infrastructure projects. Our team brings many years of experience working for tier 1 & tier 2 construction clients and NSW government entities across the rail, road, water and energy sectors.
The LCS team has worked on tenders and in delivery across many contractual models including D&C, Construct Only, Alliances, Managing Contractor and ITC.
